Grad School Sponsors Workshops on Personal Well-Being

BURNOUT! Dictionary definition: physical or mental collapse caused by overwork or stress; "high levels of professionalism that may result in burnout."

The UAF Graduate School is sponsoring a short workshop on the physiological, psychological and neurological effects of burnout from 2 - 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 7, in 501 Akasofu. The workshop will focus on coping and resilience strategies to deal with burnout.
