“I collect degrees—I have three associates, which should equal a bachelor’s but not quite. I’m in the process of finishing my bachelor’s; I’ll finish next May. … I was married and then got divorced and it made me look at ‘What am I doing? What do I want to do?’ And that’s when I went back to school to get my first degree. … My first [associate’s degree] is paralegal studies, my second one is applied accounting and my third is applied business. … I have a lot of credits and they’re all over the place so my bachelor’s degree is interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in business and HR and a minor in management and organizations.”
