“One of my hobbies is to talk on ham radio. I like to see how far I can talk on the least amount of power. So how many countries can I work on less than one watt? That’s sort of my goal is to work all the different countries in the world with less than one watt of radio energy. One watt, just for point of reference, is about what your cell phone puts out. So if I can talk to Antarctica or Japan or something, then I feel like I’ve done something.”
