Time to update your UA directory information

Every spring as the clock changes to daylight saving time, university staff are asked to update their directory information in the UA Enterprise Directory, or EDIR. This ensures not only that people can reach university staff but also that enrollment in email lists and other location-based services works as intended. This is important not only for UAF in general, but especially for Geophysical Institute faculty, staff and grad students so that several GI information tools, like the GI Directory at, have the correct information.

Please review and update your info in EDIR!

To update your information, got to and follow the steps below.

  • Click the log-in link in brackets in the upper right corner and log in using your UA credentials.
  • Once logged in, you have the option to update personal information.
  • Use the form to add or change contact information, titles and other directory components.
  • Don’t forget to log out when finished.
  • Thank you for doing your part to keep our directory information accurate.
